1. General Terms and Eligibility

By accessing or using the tkabt platform, you are considered to have given your full agreement to these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and tkabt. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

tkabt is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The following basic conditions must be met to use the platform:

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. tkabt reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided. tkabt may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your tkabt account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• End your session after logging in on a public or shared device.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

In the case of unauthorized transactions, contact us immediately. Your account may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is underway.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at tkabt is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 5–30 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Identity verification may be required before withdrawing significant amounts. Once this process is complete, future transactions will be processed more quickly.

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account.
• Proof of address where applicable.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkabt offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus is available once and applies to each new account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

Weekly cashback and other offers under the VIP program are provided from time to time. Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on that offer's detail page. tkabt reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or any attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Every game on tkabt is operated fairly and transparently. The games used on our platform are developed by trusted game developers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by third parties.

• Each game result is entirely independent and previous results do not affect subsequent results.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the game will resume from the last saved state.
• Live casino games provide a real-time gaming experience through professional dealers.
• Sports bets will be settled after official results are published.

6.1 Collusion and Software Protection

Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play games is strictly prohibited. If collusion or chip-dumping across multiple accounts is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkabt platform:

• Money laundering or transacting using illegal funds.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or operating multiple accounts.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for gain.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or cyber attacks.
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8. Responsible Gaming

tkabt believes that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means to financial solutions. We are fully committed to responsible gaming.

• Viewing content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
• Content scraping or automated data collection is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

tkabt will not be held liable under any circumstances in the following situations:

• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.

• If the service is disrupted due to external causes (natural disasters, government directives, third-party failures).

• Due to legal or regulatory obligations.
• In cases of long-term account inactivity.

13.1 Complaint Process

13.2 Applicable Law
